Dance Camp

Boys and Girls (1st-5th Grade)

This week of Dance Camp, focusing on dance as a form of worship, includes a variety of dance styles, tools, and practices for dance. End the week with a Dance Showcase!

This type of dance requires no previous experience and incorporates basic movements with a focus on worship. During this week of Dance Camp, sessions will include Devotions in Motion, warm ups and stretching, dance instruction in jazz and lyrical movements, practicing a choreographed dance, and learning about the use of dance props such as ribbons and flags.  Each day of camp will also include snack, lunch, pool time, and chapel.  At the end of the week, campers will share what they’ve learned with friends and family at the Dance Camp Showcase, which will take place on the last day of the camp (Friday).
