We are pleased to announce that we are accepting applications for the position of the Executive Director of Summit Grove Camp and Conference Center. We are in need of filling this position by July of 2019. Please be aware that this is an executive position: we are looking for a CEO/CFO for a non-profit Christian camping ministry with a million dollar budget.
The camp includes a summer resident camping ministry, a summer children’s day camp, a family campground, and year-round retreat facilities. Summit Grove Camp employs a year-round part-time Program Manager who develops and oversees the summer program, a Buildings and Grounds Manager, a part-time Office Manager, a part-time Food Service Manager and a part-time Housekeeping Manager. It is the Executive Director’s job to provide oversight for all of these areas, as well as manage and coordinate staff. The Executive Director will also be responsible for marketing Summit Grove Camp to bring immediate growth by increasing our user groups. Development and fundraising are important components of this position, as this will help secure the future of Camp Summit Grove.
