Speed, Agility and Strength Camp | August 3-7, 2020

For Boys and Girls ages 8-18.

$130 for the week. (9:00am - 12:00pm)
Drop off begins at 8:30am and pick up is by 12:30pm.

Who Should Attend?

Athletes who want to improve their overall performance in the areas of agility, linear speed, explosive power and flexibility!

This camp is led by − Be Your Best Athlete (Coach Joel Stoneberg) − and will be held at Summit Grove for ages 8-18. Camp time is 9am -12pm each day. The focus of this camp will be to develop and improve the athlete's overall performance. Areas of focus will be agility, linear speed, explosive power and flexibility.

Campers need to bring the following:

  • Water Bottle (Refill Station will be provided)
  • Sunscreen
  • Swim Suit (Pool will be used 11am-12pm each day if weather allows)
  • Towel
