Speed, Strength, Agility Camp

For Boys and Girls (ages 8-18)

Join Coach Joel Stoneberg (Owner of Be Your Best Athlete Training Center) from 9am-12pm each day, and take your skills to the next level. The focus of this camp will be to develop and improve the athlete’s overall performance. Areas of focus will be agility, linear speed, explosive power and flexibility.

 Camp Includes:

  • 3 sessions per day
  • Lunch and 2 snacks
  • Swimming pool and recess
  • Chapel

8:30-9:00      Check in
9:00-9:45      Session 1
9:45-10:15    Bathroom Break/Snack
10:15-11:30  Session 2
11:30-12:00  Break
12:00-12:30  Lunch
12:30-2:30    Pool, Outdoor Activity Time
2:30-3:30      Session 3
3:30-4:00      Chapel
4:00-4:30      Pick up

  • Water bottle
  • Modest Swimsuit
  • Towel
  • Sunscreen
  • Flip flops for pool

This year, we have a limited number of partial scholarships available! These are based on financial need, and cover from 10% to 50% off camp registration costs. Apply for a partial scholarship here. (Must be submitted before completing registration below).
