Dustin started at Summit Grove in April 2020. He has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, and has been working with small businesses for his entire career. Dustin and his family thrive at the intersection of business, missions, and family. This passion has brought them to places like starting an ice cream business in China, developing a coffee house in Colorado Springs, and coordinating events and programming for small businesses since 2014. In college, Dustin and Lauren both enjoyed their experience as counselors at Camp Brookwoods and Deer Run in New Hampshire. Dustin, his wife Lauren, and their four children – Grady, Miles, Trace, and Hadley, enjoy outdoor activities, board games, and traveling.
Glen joined Summit Grove as Facility Director in the Spring of 2021. He began learning the construction trade from his grandfather while still in high school. Since then, he has many years of experience in the construction industry, including building, remodeling, cabinetry and furniture making, as well as owning his own small business for several years. Before coming to Summit Grove, he taught Building Trades at a school for at-risk young men.
Glen has been married to his high school sweetheart, Becky, for almost 30 years. They’ve spent many years homeschooling their six children and Glen has enjoyed being able to teach various homeschool classes and groups through the years. The Myers’ enjoy the outdoors in many ways, from gardening and animal care, to biking, hiking, and other activities.
Rebecca comes to Summit Grove with a love of working with people! She has been attending camps like Summit Grove in some capacity since she was young. Rebecca knows the impact camp can have on someone’s life.
Rebecca lives in Stewartstown with her husband. She has two grown daughters. Rebecca loves to sew and travel.
Ellen resides in Shrewsbury with her husband Bruce of 34 years and dog Tippy. She is one of the weekly intercessory prayer warriors that meet here at Summit Grove to pray for our community, nation, and the world. Ellen is anxiously awaiting the next move of the Holy Spirit to manifest on this Holy Ground.
Lisa started working for Summit Grove in October of 2021. She has an extensive background in Culinary Arts. Lisa attended the York County School of Technology as a Culinary Arts major. She graduated in 1997. After working various jobs in the field, she enlisted in the United States Army in 2000 as an Army Food Service Specialist. Lisa is a Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. She received the Army Commendation Medal. After separating from the Army, Lisa has worked in various jobs but her passion is cooking. She is thrilled to serve the Lord working with the Summit Grove Staff as the Food Services Manager.
