Support & Donate

Summit Grove relies on financial partners to help fund our ministry. Whether it be staff support, maintenance and facilities, camper scholarships or other needs, we appreciate your tax-deductible donation to help us complete our mission!

General Support

One of the greatest ways you can help Summit Grove is by giving a general donation toward our Operating Expenses. Our annual budget is built with the anticipation that roughly 30% of our annual operating budget is through our generous and committed donors.

2025 Budget Goal: $130,000

Renovation Projects

Summit Grove has a rich history that extends further back than almost any other camp in America! The age and wear of our buildings and infrastructure are a telling sign that we must continue to invest in the future sustainability of our buildings and grounds. Because of this, each year we identify key renovation projects within our “stretch” budget scope that we can raise funds for and implement. The Renovation Project Fund is a revolving fund; if any funds are left after the current project is completed, they will get rolled over into the next project!

Upcoming Projects (as of 2025):

  • Electrical Infrastructure Upgrade to Dining Hall, Tabernacle, Day Camp Pavilion, Snack Shack, and Registration Building: $25,000
  • Youth Barn Bathroom & Kitchenette: $25,000
  • New Convection Oven: $15,000
  • Water Run-off Redirection (road from Lodge to Dining Hall): $10,000
  • Build a Water-Slide: $10,000
    ESTIMATED TOTAL: $85,000

Recently Completed Projects (as of 2025):

  • Dorm 3 Renovation: $50,000
  • New Maintenance Building: $130,000
  • New Roof on Youth Barn: $15,000

2025 Renovation Projects Goal: $85,000

Scholarship Fund

Each summer, Summit Grove offers one-of-a-kind, dynamic camps for children. We offer partial scholarships to children who can’t typically afford summer camp. If you feel led to give towards this fund, donate below and put “Scholarship Fund” in the description.

The Jerry Mapstone Memorial Camper Scholarship Fund is in honor of Jerry Mapstone, who passed away in 2023, and left a special and enduring legacy at Summit Grove — through his decades of service and care as a Board Member, Executive Director, cottage owner, and friend. He exhibited a special dedication to impacting today’s youth and children for Christ.
