  • Primarily kitchen lead this would be very busy from June-august. you would manage a kitchen budget and a summer staff. Then you would assist in maintenance, Guest services, could be housekeeping. We will help you have a family and work life balance. could be quite a bit of unorthodox hours but will do our best to keep everyone at 40hrs a week. This couple would be one working fulltime the other part time based off their ability and schedule.

  • The Food Service Manager is responsible for overall food service operation including purchasing, inventory management, preparation, service and sanitation while managing the upkeep of the lodge and dining hall food facilities.
